We’re looking for a Project Manager who has a great understanding of digital paid media and the wider online advertising ecosystem. A strong desire to learn and improve their knowledge. You will need to be analytical and solution-oriented with unparalleled levels of attention to detail, organisation and communication. The ideal candidate will take charge of multiple projects from start to finish and be extremely reliable.

  • Scope and manage projects in extensive detail to mitigate risks and avoid surpassing deadlines
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope
  • Manage and maintain all resource allocation for multiple projects across the business
  • Track project schedules while constantly assessing risk and removing roadblocks for the team or client
  • Support the wider project team in client meetings providing technical knowledge and expertise
  • Manage and communicate all of your ongoing projects and workflows with the Digital team
  • Monitor and provide quality assurance on each project to ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest quality
  • Manage and maintain communication channels within the wider team
  • Create, manage and maintain project documentation to support the delivery of the project
  • Training and development of junior team members to ensure that they are performing at the standard expected by The Media People and our clients
  • Quality control of work conducted by junior members of the team
  • To ensure senior members of the team are informed in detail of all campaign metrics/performance
  • Departmental development

    To work with the Head of Digital and Account Managers across a range of tasks to increase the scale, capabilities and quality of The Media People offering, including:

    • ­Media and supplier relationships
    • Ongoing reviews of partners and tools

    What we want to see from candidates

    • At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, agency or client side, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Exceptional written and verbal English
